Eastern Campus

In most instances, regional campus students are bound by the dates, deadlines, policies and procedures as published in the front of this schedule. Exceptions and variations applicable to the Eastern campus are noted below.

NEW STUDENTS AND TRANSFERS
All new students, including transfer students, must take a skills assessment (dates will be announced). There is no charge for the skills assessment, but an appointment is required.

Note: Transfer students must take the skills assessment but we will NOT require them to retake courses for which they receive transfer credit.

New and transferring students will receive a copy of the quarterly schedule through the mail. These students should call the Advising Office (740-699-2517) and make individual appointments during which we will help them create schedules for the upcoming term.

RE-ENROLLING STUDENTS
If you were not enrolled for the preceding quarter but have been an Ohio University student in the past, you must file the appropriate forms (no cost involved) to reactivate your records. Contact the Admissions Office on the Eastern Campus and ask for a re-enrollment packet. Before registering for classes, you should also talk with an advisor who can assist you in selecting appropriate courses to meet your requirements.

CONTINUING STUDENTS
Advising for Fall Quarter will begin May 12, 2003. If you are enrolled for Spring Quarter, Ohio University-Eastern will have preregistration materials for you. To get ready for preregistration, follow these steps:
