Fall Semester 2012-13 Calendar
Deadlines are 5:00 p.m. EST on the date indicated (unless otherwise noted). However, online transactions may be processed beyond 5:00 p.m. EST if the online system is available.
By registering for classes, a student incurs a legal obligation to pay tuition and fees. This debt may be canceled only if the student officially cancels his/her registration BEFORE Monday, August 27, 2012.

Last day for new students to withdraw from housing and receive a full housing deposit refund for the next academic year

Academic advising begins for fall semester registration for continuing students (contact advisor/college/department/school/regional campus student services office as appropriate)

Note: Continuing students can obtain registration material at the locations listed under General Information: Registration or at their regional campus student services offices. Re-enrolling students are mailed registration information upon receipt of their request to re-enroll.
Fee Information: The initial due date for fall fees is Tuesday, August 21, 2012. This includes registration charges incurred as of Tuesday, July 31, 2012. Account balance notifications for newly incurred charges are emailed at the beginning of each month and are due on the 21st of the month. Payments not received by the due date will incur a finance charge of 1.5%. See General Information: Fee Assessment Payment/Deadline-Bills for information on making payments.

Reminder: Fees must be paid by the due date. Students who have not paid their fees will not have classes canceled but will incur a finance charge of 1.5%. If you do not plan to attend fall semester, you must cancel all of your classes by accessing My OHIO Student Center or by calling the Office of the University Registrar, 740.593.4495, BEFORE Monday, August 27, 2012, the first day of classes.

Last day for removing Incomplete grades incurred during last enrollment (if not removed, I grade will change to F)

Note: Course remains on student's academic record with grade of WP (withdrawn passing) or WF (withdrawn failing) and continues to be used in the calculation of tuition and fees. Corrected registration that results in increased hours could increase tuition.
