Destiniee Jaram is a student in the College of Arts and Sciences studying journalism. She has worked as a public relations specialist for the Capital Campaign at Mount Zion Historical Preservation Society, a multimedia reporter at WOUB Center For Public Media, a columnist at The Post, with Appalachian Community Service with Rural Action, and as the event and media coordinator for the Ohio University LGBT Center. Her career aspirations are to use her privilege, platform and degree to give a voice to marginalized communities around the world.
