VisCom Graduate Programs
The School of Visual Communication offers two programs of study: the Master of Arts (MA) degree with a specialization in one of four visual communication tracks, as well as a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Communication Media Arts.
Our students go on to be leaders in the profession in a variety of communication outlets, working as photojournalists, photo editors, creative directors, designers, interactive designers, multimedia producers and video producers, winning awards that include numerous Pulitzer Prizes.
The heart of VisCom is storytelling in various mediums, and students will push their skills to the next level through advanced coursework, interacting with our professional faculty and collaborating with award-winning alumni and students.
M.A. PROGRAM: THE FOUR TRACKS
The School of Visual Communication offers an interdisciplinary visual communication degree in four specialized sequences.

The management track offers students the opportunity to adapt courses to fit their goals in audio/video storytelling, management, design, interactive, photography, or picture editing.
