Facility Rental

Classrooms and other facilities are available to organizations and companies on a space-available basis.

Fees:

  • Regular Classroom
    • $15 per room, per hour
  • Conference Room
    • $15 per hour
  • Wagner Theatre
    • $80 per hour
  • Business & Institution Computer Lab
    • $50 per hour
  • Gymnasium
    • $70 per hour, plus $200 additional charge if floor covering is required
  • Pavilion & Covered Bridge
    • $35 per hour, $50 per hour if electric is needed
  • Additional Staffing
    • $40 per hour, additional fee may apply to large groups
  • Normal building hours (varies by term) are Monday through Friday, 7:30am-10pm; closed Saturday and Sunday

Each classroom and conference room is equipped with an overhead projector for pc presentations, a screen, blackboard or whiteboard, and a tabletop podium. There will be a $20 charge for any additional equipment requested, such as video tape players, slide projectors, etc. Equipment must be requested at least 3 days prior to the scheduled event from the Community and Corporate Learning Center. Custodial charges may be applied if the scheduled event requires unplanned custodial assistance. Campus reserves the right to require security.
