Learning proper lifting techniques are not only beneficial in the workplace but will also come in handy at home. In this presentation, you’ll learn helpful strategies to limit sprains and strains from happening while lifting everyday items. You’ll also learn why it’s important to learn and do warm-up exercises prior to more strenuous activities.
