Dr. Tadlock has been at Ohio University since fall 2000. She holds a B.S. in Political Science from Willamette University (OR), a M.Ed. in College Student Personnel from Colorado State University, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Bowling Green State University (OH).
She served as Director of Graduate Student Services before being named Assistant Dean in 2015.
