If you have not graduated yet, please upload a letter of enrollment from your university. The letter should include:
Your name |
The name of the degree you will earn |
The expected date of graduation |
Official stamps and signatures of the university registrar or president |
You may have your documents evaluated by a NACES member. If the NACES-member evaluation contains a copy of the transcript and degree, those documents are considered OFFICIAL. If they are not included, you must still follow the "Required Documents" guidelines listed above.
Only translations by the degree-issuing university, a NACES organization, an EducationUSA office, or the Ministry of Education are acceptable unless otherwise noted.
You may have your official documents attested by the issuing university or by an EducationUSA office (must include cover letter).
Transcripts from non-U.S. institutions must:
• Show the seal and original signature of the school and school official
• Clearly show the name and address of the institution
• Show the date you entered and left the institution and the date any degree was earned
• Show all courses taken and grades received and the system of grading used, indicating the highest mark and the lowest passing mark.
