Overview  

Gain hands on work experience in your selected career field with a remote internship experience.  Throughout the 6-week internship, you will have wraparound support from a placement team, career development reflection opportunities, and career coaching sessions.

Academics   

All participants must enroll in the following course during Summer 2026: 

  • XLRN 3913 Global Internship Experience (3 credit hours) 

Cost   

Tuition associated with the 3 credit hours will be charged to your student account during Summer term. 

If this course puts you above 20 credit hours for the term, additional fees will apply. 

Eligibility and Requirements  

Open to undergraduate students in any major.  GPA requirement 2.5. 

Competitive application process; limited spaces available.  

Students who will be on probation at any point during the program for a conduct offense that took place less than a calendar year from the program start date may not participate. Read the entire conduct policy

Participants must have a at least a high school diploma or the equivalent (e.g. GED) by the start date of the program to be considered for eligibility.  Students enrolled in College Credit Plus (CC+) are not eligible for this program.

International Students: Students on F or J visas must consult with ISSS before participating in any off‑campus or remote experience. Special authorization may be required, and approval should be obtained in advance to ensure compliance with visa regulations.
