Global Program Coordinator
WIEC 012

Emily joined the OGO team in July 2018 after working in Northeast Ohio. She holds a Masters in Education from Kent State University where her studies focused on Higher Education Administration and Student Personnel. During her masters program, she also obtained a certificate in Internationalization of Education.

As a Global Programs Coordinator, she supports faculty as they plan global opportunities and advises students as they navigate through the study away process. Through her role, Emily also leads the office's marketing and promotion initiatives, including events like the Global Opportunities Fair.

During her undergraduate years, Emily spent two semesters abroad, first in Canberra, Australia and then in Preston, England. Since then she has been able to facilitate two programs to Poland and Australia. Her personal travels have also led her to Scotland, Ireland and the United Arab Emirates. She enjoys taking road trips in the U.S., her farthest trip taking her out to west-Texas and Roswell, New Mexico.

Despite not having a doggo of her own, Emily is an avid dog-lover and serves as an aunt to Lola (an Australian Shepard/Collie Mix) and Archer (Husky).

Schedule with her to chat about: How to narrow down your program options! Emily works with many of our OHIO-Credit programs including our domestic opportunities. She is also a great resource for incorporating your experience into your future career plans!
