Ohio University study abroad programs

OHIO study abroad programs give you the opportunity to travel with an OHIO faculty member and other OHIO students. There are many programs for students in all majors though classes are offered in specific disciplines.

  • Use your OHIO financial aid and scholarships package.  (Some exceptions may apply.)
  • You will receive direct OHIO credit for the program.
  • Programs are typically a semester or shorter.

The Ohio International Consortium (OIC)

The OIC offers additional study abroad programs through other public universities in Ohio.

IEP at Ohio University

IEP at OHIO offers traditional semester and summer programs for credit through  CISabroad, internship placements, volunteer projects and faculty-led programs to over 30 destinations worldwide. IEP is on campus in the OHIO Office of Global Opportunities to advise on programs. Top destinations include Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Peru and Thailand!
