As the IEP Campus Coordinator at OHIO, Ellie connects students to provider programs such as CISabroad, Kaya Volunteer, World Internships and Performing Arts Abroad. She also advises on several OHIO credit programs.
IEP has been on campus since 2011 and Ellie joined the team in July 2015. She graduated from Ohio University, majoring in Anthropology. During her time at OHIO, Ellie participated in three global programs: Spanish Language and Culture in Merida, Mexico; Human Rights, Law & Justice in Northern Ireland, and Global Public Health in Costa Rica. Ellie has also since traveled to support faculty on programs abroad and enjoys exploring new places in her spare time. She also enjoys Pilates, coffee, and Great Danes.
Ask Ellie about: internships abroad, earning transfer credit on CISabroad programs, and semester programs that are more affordable than a semester at OHIO

"I encourage OHIO students to study, intern, or work abroad through planning outreach events and providing support to the IEP Representative. I also advise students on all programs that go through the IEP office, primarily CIS Abroad." - Ellie on her role at the Office of Global Opportunities
