Hometown: Chagrin Falls, Ohio

Expected Graduation: Spring 2018

After exploring different universities in Ohio, Landon fell in love with Ohio University and the Russ College. Entering college, he was stuck between pursuing a degree in business or engineering. Within his first few months at OHIO, he discovered industrial and systems engineering, which he feels is the perfect fit for a student seeking technical skills with business acumen. Going into his senior year, he couldn’t be happier with his decision.

Outside of class, Landon stays busy being involved in various groups on campus such as the Institute for Industrial and Systems Engineers, Alpha Pi Mu honor society, Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity, and the Robe Leadership Institute. During the past two summers, Landon gained great real-world experience with internships at General Electric and Oatey Company.

In his free time, Landon enjoys exploring the beautiful Athens area. Whether it’s going to Ping, running the bike path, or going to the Farmer’s Market, Landon says he loves getting the most out of what Athens has to offer.
