Online Master's in Chemistry Curriculum and Course Schedule

Students will acquire industry-aligned skills and knowledge in a wide range of chemical and biochemical topics. With accreditation from the American Chemical Society, Ohio University will ensure students hone and develop their passion to serve through a curriculum designed for real-world application.

There is no thesis, but students will write a research paper on a selected chemistry topic under the direction of their adviser. For degree conferral, students must meet the Standards of Work requirements as stated in the Ohio University Graduate Catalog and have obtained a B (3.0) or higher in five 5000-level classes out of the six currently being offered.

A total of 30 credits is required.
