Join the Ohio University Alumni Association for an exciting Homecoming adventure with the Bobcat Quest! Gather friends, family, and fellow Bobcats to form a team of up to six and explore OHIO’s campus, discovering both familiar favorites and new places along the way.

Visit 5 of 10 stops and document your visits with a photo of your crew. Be sure to stop by the Konneker Alumni Center to check in and pick up your Bobcat Quest swag.

Once your team completes five check-ins and posts on the Bobcat Network, you’ll be entered into a drawing to win exciting OHIO prizes!

How it Works

1. Gather your crew. Form a team of up to six and register here
2. Check your email. The week of Homecoming, you’ll receive instructions for checking in at each stop.
3. Explore campus. During Homecoming week, visit 5 of 10 stops across campus and snap photos of your crew at each location. Get creative and let your OHIO spirit shine! 
4. Share & win! Post your photos on the Bobcat Network to complete the Quest and be entered into a raffle to win your choice of an OHIO-branded JBL speaker or OHIO swag pack.

Bobcat Quest Stops

1. Konneker Alumni Center - Pick up free Bobcat Quest swag Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
        52 University Terrace, Athens, OH 45701
2. Alumni Gateway - A gift from the Class of 1915, commemorates 100 years since OHIO’s first graduating class in 1815.
        The Intersection of Court Street and Union Street
3. Bobcat Benches - Dedicated in 2024, these bronze Bobcat statues honor the memory of OHIO alumnus Gary Nakamoto (BGS ’88), a devoted supporter of the university.

4. Peden Stadium - Find the bronze Bobcat statue and check out the Homecoming football game on Saturday, October 10.

5. Paw Print Park - Opened in 2022, this park features two giant Bobcat paw prints used by students as hammocking spots.
        South Green, behind Nelson Commons
6. McDavis Hall - Located on South Green, this residence hall opened its doors to students this year and is named after former OHIO President Roderick McDavis.

7. Jefferson Hall - Located on East Green, this residence hall was built in 1956 and renovated in 2017. Jefferson Marketplace, on the first floor of the building, offers a variety of food options for students.

8. National Pan-Hellenic Council Plaza - Unveiled in 2023, the NPHC Plaza honors historically African American fraternities and sororities that have been part of OHIO’s campus community for over a century.

9. Hurley Field Marching 110 Facility - Opened in 2026, the Marching 110 Band Practice Facility provides a dedicated space for Ohio University’s Marching 110 to rehearse and prepare for performances.
