Current Students

It's never too early to connect with your Alumni Association!

It is true, those with the title of Bobcat Alumni have already graduated from Ohio University, but the Ohio University Alumni Association (OUAA) has many valuable resources for you as a current OHIO student, too!

Bobcat Buddies Mentorship Program - Attention first-year students - are you interested in getting some insider information, and tips to help you survive and thrive during your first semester at OHIO? Sign up for Bobcat Buddies and we will pair you with a very recent graduate from OHIO, someone who was just in your shoes and can answer questions or provide a little extra support during this big transition. Get more details and sign up for the program here

Student Alumni Board – As one of OHIO's top professional organizations, members of SAB plan and implement dozens of events and initiatives each year in an effort to connect current students with OHIO's alumni and the programs of the Alumni Association.

As a current student, you can participate in the many professional development programs and Bobcat spirit building activities they plan each year. Or, join the organization and start building your OHIO legacy while you are still on campus!

Make Career Connections Early – As a current OHIO student, you have access to the Bobcat Network where you can connect with OHIO alumni to find a mentor, meet professionals in a specific industry you are interested in working in, join a regional group to meet Bobcats before you move to a new city, and so much more.

Be a part of Bobcat Traditions – The OUAA is a part of many of the traditions that Bobcats enjoy while they are students. Participate in our annual Homecoming events, celebrate OHIO's birthday each year during the OHIO Birthday Bash, recognize our seniors during Senior Week, and learn about the value of philanthropy during OHIO's annual Giving Day – these are just some of the ways you can connect with your Alumni Association!
