DJ Shisler ’85 fulfilled his lifelong dream by opening up Shisler’s Cheese House in Copley, OH, in 2002, selling cheese, wine and specialty foods. He has been married to Karrie Kalail for almost 18 years and has 2 children.

Irene Kehayas ’90 joined Johnson and Johnson in the sales arena. James Orr, Senior Data Analyst with Convergys, just completed training in Avaya Dialog Designer tool. He continues to work with 3 different IVR platforms as well as Oracle DBA duties. He has 2 kids and is married to OU graduate Sally Robinson ’90. Rich Gould is a Senior Sales Engineer with Broadwing. Sandy Davis McDonald is an Engagement Manager with Salire Partners.

Mark Roese ’91 recently joined AT&T as a Technical Sales Director for State Government Accounts in Sacramento, CA. Chris Baker is the VP of Curian Capital LLC.

Steve Brescia ’92 married his wife, Sherry, in 2005 and has a baby girl named Lilianna. He works at American Water as a Telephony Architect.

Mark Atwood ’93 is a Project Manager with Kastle Technologies. Randy Risch recently started a new job at Cleveland State University as the Coordinator of Telecommunications Services. Michael Herrmann is the director of New Business Development with Cincinnati Bell.

Brad Kilbey ’95 is the Director-Global Sales Engineering of Level 3 Communications. Koon Huat is the Chief Executive Headhunter with Seedvest Asia. Mike Gussow recently graduated from the Syracuse University College of law with a certificate in Technology Commercialization and was admitted to the Maryland Bar. He plans on focusing on telecommunications law as his area of practice. On a personal note, Mike and his fiancee, Laurie, will be getting married in Roanoke, VA, in October. They currently live in McLean, VA. James Aftosmis is the Manager of E9-1-1 Network Planning with Verizon Business.

Brian Rudy ’96 is a Senior Executive Staff with Verizon Business. Jo Zimmerman ’96 went to graduate school and then spent 7 years working for Accenture. She is now a stay at home mom with 3 young boys. Timothy Blue recently took a job as a Principle Telecommunications Engineer at the Savannah River Site, which offers a lot of new challenges across the 310 square mile Department of Energy site. David Graham is a Project Manager-Wholesale Dark Fiber with Qwest. Chris Edgell works at Qwest Communications.

Josh Gilliland ’97, Project Manager with Level (3), married Jenny Tepe, has a stepson named Josh, and baby daughter, Aliese, due last December.

Ryan Cantor ’98 recently accepted a position as an Engineer V with KeyCorp in Cleveland, OH. Jon Murphy and his wife, Stephanie had their first child J.T. in August, 2006. He was recruited to help roll out their new VOIP product to the midwest for the last 2 years.

Leah Beltz Patten recently accepted a position as Director of New Media for The Century Council, a non-profit organization funded by America’s leading distillers, to promote responsible decision-making regarding alcohol. Steve Wylie is a Senior Infrastructure Architect with ERICO International. Bill McGahee recently relocated to Cleveland to begin working with National City Bank as a Senior Analyst in their Customer Insight and Decisioning department. Gregory Crout, Project Leader/Assistant VP at Mellon Financial in Pittsburgh, is an IT auditor within the corporate Audit department.
