Polk (of Tucson, Arizona) will be creating a color lithograph edition with our students in Studio 202 throughout the week (Oct. 21 – 25th).

The RECEPTION, following her talk, will be an opportunity for the audience to see the print in process, learn more about lithography, and speak informally with the artist about her practice.

Mar 25, 2015 Matthews said he uses common supplies to create instruments such as propane tanks, welding steel, electrical medal tubing and whirly tubes. He said he tends to think on a large scale but has to remain realistic with his goals so the instrument is as originally envisioned.
