Collegial Woods

Collegial Woods is located on the northern portion of the Ohio University Zanesville Campus. It stretches 63 acres containing more than two miles of walking trails in a wooded ravine.

The two wooden pedestrian bridges, one of which is a 45 foot span across Joe's Run, were designed and built with the assistance of graduate students in the Department of Civil Engineering at Ohio University in Athens under the leadership of Dr. Eric Steinberg.
