What We Do

Hands down, our team has the best job at OHIO.

While on the surface we write newsletters and design graphics, our real work is enhancing each student’s experience throughout their time with us. For some students this means they learn about and attend the best concerts at MemAud. For others it means getting connected to a caring counselor. Maybe a student finds all their friends through a backpacking trip they learned about by following our Insta. Regardless of the specifics, student life is the meat of the college experience. It builds a sense of belonging and enriches students’ well-being. And we get to be part of that!

How do we contribute in a meaningful way? Each year, we develop a strategy that connects students with timely information to enhance their lives. We consider the individual student’s journey through each year of college, as well as the overall rhythm of the year.

To create a plan that is relevant and impactful we collaborate with university partners — like you. Do you have a content idea that you’d like us to consider? Great! Submit your idea through this quick and easy form.

Need to get the word out?

Some of the best work we’ve done has been creating flagship communication channels that students can consistently rely on.

Email

Sometimes a program or initiative needs an individualized email campaign. We get that! We just don't do that. Never fear, UCM can hook you up. Just be sure to give them at least two weeks notice and all the details.

Communication Planning

We're big planners over here, and strategy is clutch. To get a communication plan going submit a request to UCM.
