The Master of Arts in Organizational Communication offered by the School of Communication Studies and the Scripps College of Communication at Ohio University is intended for working students who are seeking an advanced academic degree that focuses on the critical examination and understanding of the role of communication within the processes of organizing, decision making, and problem solving.

This online degree combines a variety of distance technologies to provide you with a dynamic learning experience. Our courses enable you to interact with colleagues in online class discussions and group projects, and video conferences are available with instructors and advisors to allow you to complete the degree anywhere, at times that are convenient with your work schedule.

The program is designed to allow you to potentially complete all course requirements for the Master’s degree in four semesters (enrolling in two classes per semester) or seven semesters (enrolling in one class per semester).
