OHIO’s fully online Master of Sustainability, Security, and Resilience degree program equips working professionals with specific skills and hands-on experience to lead planning, policy, and communication in the face of rapid environmental change.

The five-semester (18-month) asynchronous program—one of the nation’s first—consists of three stackable certificates and a capstone project, allowing busy professionals to quickly and conveniently earn an MSSR degree, with immediate career impact.

  • The curriculum is specifically and fully focused on policy and societal drivers for change, sustainability, security, and resilience of systems, communities, and organizations to optimize human security and outcomes related to environmental/natural crises.

  • Earn skills and credentials while you learn: The five-semester (18 month) program consists of three stackable certificates and a capstone including: Community Risk and Resilience, Environmental Change Management and Leadership, and Planning Resilient Systems.

  • No GRE is required for admission.
