Analytics Courses Designed for Practical Application

We take a different approach to analytics. Your education will focus on practical application and practice-based learning. Learn to use tools you already have, like Excel, in addition to analytics and visualization software like Solver Analytics and Tableau as well as SQL, R and Python. Courses include:

MBA 6395: Business Intelligence

This course provides a broad overview of business intelligence and data management including database fundamentals, business intelligence approaches, data management/data governance strategies, data mining and other business/data analytics techniques. Our primary emphasis will be on the managerial perspective, focusing on how you can design, implement and leverage business intelligence systems and strategies in a management role.

Experiential Learning for Professional Success

Alongside 100% online courses, OHIO courses include optional live, virtual office hours that give you the chance to discuss weekly assignments and gain valuable insights. The required Leadership Development Conference also gives online MBAn students the opportunity to connect in person with instructors, peers and alumni while hearing from guest speakers and participating in panel discussions, workshops and more.

    Incentive Scholarships of up to 15% are available for Ohio University alumni, military/veteran students and employees of corporate partners applying to an online graduate degree or certificate program.

    There is no separate application required for these scholarships. You will automatically be considered for the higher value scholarship based on your eligibility status.
