This program offers three pathways to graduation:

Accounting Grad Pathway

For students entering the MAcc with an undergraduate degree in accounting or its equivalent, the program curriculum is 30 credit hours. (Core Accounting Courses + Data Analytics Courses)

Business Grad/Non-Accounting Pathway

For students entering the MAcc with a non-accounting undergraduate business degree, the program curriculum is 42 credit hours. (Accounting Bridge Courses + Core Accounting Courses + Data Analytics Courses)

Non-Business Grad Pathway

For students entering the MAcc with a non-business undergraduate degree, the program curriculum is 48 credit hours. (General Business Courses + Accounting Bridge Courses + Core Accounting Courses + Data Analytics Courses)

Apply by December 9, 2024 to receive up to a $10,000 Scholarship* upon enrollment in the online MAcc program.  

In addition, new students enrolling in the online MAcc who hold a bachelor’s in a field other than accounting, can now take the pre-requisite accounting bridge courses (MBA 6315, ACCT 5010, ACCT 5020, and ACCT 5030) at a 75% lower tuition rate**, a savings of over $8,500 for all four courses.

In addition, new students enrolling in the online MAcc who hold a bachelor’s in a field other than accounting, can now take the pre-requisite accounting bridge courses (MBA 6315, ACCT 5010, ACCT 5020, and ACCT 5030) at a 75% lower tuition rate**, a savings of over $8,500 for all four courses.

Incentive Scholarships of up to 15% are available for Ohio University alumni, military/veteran students and employees of corporate partners applying to an online graduate degree or certificate program.

There is no separate application required for these scholarships. You will automatically be considered for the higher value scholarship based on your eligibility status.

Our Veteran and Military Student Services Center provides access to programs and services specifically for military members and their families.
