After You Apply as a Transfer Student
Activate Your OHIO ID
Activate your OHIO ID! Once your application is received and begins processing, Undergraduate Admissions will send you an application acknowledgment letter with your Personal Identification (PID). Use your PID to activate your OHIO ID and create a password. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your application acknowledgment letter.
Submit Required Additional Materials
Some programs have more selective criteria above and beyond general admission guidelines and require submission of additional application materials beyond general admission requirements. You should review the requirements for your major and submit any additional required materials.

Check Application Status
Once you've activated your OHIO ID, you can check your application status online 24 hours a day, seven days a week! Statuses are updated at least nightly. Please remember that while we may have received your application materials, we can provide updates only on those materials that have been processed.
