Kentucky Reciprocity Application

Ohio University offers in-state tuition for Kentucky residents living in the following counties:
Boyd, Carter, Elliot, Fleming, Greenup, Lawrence, Lewis, Mason and Rowan.

Kentucky students must fill out the Kentucky Tuition Reciprocity Application to receive Ohio's in-state tuition rate.

Forms can be found at Student Services or download and print the Kentucky Tuition Reciprocity Application.

KEES

The KEES program provides scholarships to students who earn at least a 2.5 GPA each year they attend a certified Kentucky high school. The better they do in high school, the more they earn toward college. They may also earn awards for ACT/SAT scores and Advanced Placement (AP) or International Baccalaureate (IB) test scores. Home school and GED graduates may earn awards based on their ACT scores.

We recognize the hard work you have put in to get here, and are dedicated to seeing you succeed. This is why we offer tuition discounts in the amount of your earned KEES.

To be eligible for the KEES tuition discount you must meet the following criteria:

  • Enroll as a full time student at Ohio University Southern
  • Graduate high school within 5 years of enrollment*
  • Live in a Kentucky county eligible for In-State Tuition
     

*KEES Tuition waivers are good for up to 5 years after high school graduation
