Group Fitness

Join our Group Fitness and Wellness Instructors for a variety of group wellbeing offerings.

WellWorks currently offers a hybrid schedule of virtual and in-person/outdoor classes. Virtual classes are open to all membership types. A Facility Membership is required for outdoor classes. 
 

About WellWorks Fitness and Wellness Classes

Virtual: Virtual and Facility Members can register for as many Virtual Live Classes or On Demand classes as they wish, with no added fees for any of the Virtual Membership offerings!

In-Person/Outdoors: A Facility Membership is needed to be able to attend our in-person outdoor classes. These outdoor classes are offered at no additional fee, but advance registration is required. 

To Register:

  • Log in to your Member Portal(opens in a new window), choose the class(es) you wish to register for, and "Check Out."
    • Even though these classes don't cost extra, you must "check out" with your $0 cart to successfully register. You'll then be emailed a direct link to your class.
    • Lost the email? No problem! You can gain access to all of your program registrations in the Member Details (opens in a new window)section of your portal.
  • Participants can check-in to their class up to 15 minutes before the start time. Instructors will admit participants up until the class begins.
    • Depending on instructor ability, late attendees might not be admitted to a live class if the instructor has already begun. In that case, we encourage you to check out an On Demand(opens in a new window) class, instead!

Spring 2024 Schedule

 

  • The Spring schedule runs from January 16th - April 28th.
  • All classes are in Eastern time.
  • A Facility Membership is required for all non-specialty, in-person classes. Virtual classes are available to all membership types. Advance registration for classes is required. Additional fees and advance registration are required for specialty classes.
