Lieutenant Colonel Scott Storm
Commander, Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 650 and Professor of Aerospace Studies
Lieutenant Colonel Scott M. Storm is responsible for recruiting, educating, training, and preparing students for commissioning into the Department of the Air Force as second lieutenants. He is the senior Air Force officer on campus with dual responsibilities as Detachment Commander and Chair of the Department of Aerospace Studies with the status of full professor.
Lt Col Storm commissioned from Air Force ROTC Detachment 905, Washington State University in 2007 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has held engineering and data analysis positions in aircraft test and evaluation, modeling and simulation, wargaming, and enterprise budget analytics. He has served in leadership roles on both Air Staff and Combatant Command Staff.
