Orientation Dates

By participating in an orientation program, faculty and student Orientation Leaders will help you: learn about your college's curriculum meet other students in your college understand your transfer credit and how it contributes to your graduation requirements register for classes learn about other important campus-related information.


 

Orientation Dates
for First-Year Students

Only students who have been accepted to Ohio University, completed their housing contract, and paid their housing deposit will be able to register for Orientation online.

Transfer students who have been accepted to Ohio University will be able to register for Orientation online beginning 30 days prior to the start of the term.


NOTE—All Ohio University, Athens Campus, undergraduate students are required to attend Orientation. Students who are unable to attend Orientation should call the Undergraduate Orientation Programs Office at 740-593-1951 as soon as possible.
