Ohio University to celebrate Homecoming Oct. 5-10

Mark your calendars and get ready, Bobcats – OHIO Homecoming 2026 has officially been slated for Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026.

This year’s Homecoming Week 2026 (Oct. 5-10) will host a combination of traditional themed events, including the annual Alumni Awards Ceremony, the Homecoming Parade in uptown Athens, the Bobcat Family Tent and OHIO Football vs. Central Michigan on Frank Solich Field at Peden Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 10.

The entire Bobcat family, from OHIO students, faculty, staff and alumni to our surrounding communities, is encouraged to save the date for this one-of-a-kind celebration that offers plenty of opportunities to reminisce and recognize all things OHIO.

“We can’t wait to welcome back our OHIO alumni, friends, family, and fans to campus this fall to revisit favorite memories and to make new ones together,” said Jennifer Bowie, associate vice president of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving and executive director of the Ohio University Alumni Association. “Whether you’re cheering from Court Street, attending the Football game at Peden Stadium or proudly wearing Bobcat gear wherever you are, we hope you’ll join us in celebrating the spirit of OHIO. No matter where life has taken you, you’re an integral part of our Homecoming tradition.”
