Academic Engagement Center
Long known as 29 Park Place, the house was home to Ohio University presidents from 1952 through 2015. It was originally built in 1899 and acquired by the University in 1951. It was renovated into the Academic Engagement Center in 2021 and is now home to Cutler Scholars, Ohio Honors Program and others.

Alden Library
Alden Library opened as the primary home of Ohio University Libraries in 1969, with wings added in 1972. Recent updates include a 2018 renovation and replaced air handlers in 2020.
Athena Cinema
The Athena Cinema first opened in 1915, making it one of the oldest continuously-running theaters in the country. It was purchased by Ohio University in 2001 and subsequently renovated. It is operated by the College of Fine Arts.
Baker University Center
The new Baker University Center was completed in 2006 and serves as the heart of student life on campus. It includes restaurants, event space, and offices for a number of administrative departments, including Student Affairs. Recent renovations include upgrades to the Front Room and Latitude 39 spaces.

Bentley Hall & Annex
Bentley Hall was originally built as a men’s gymnasium and used for basketball and track. It was later converted to classroom space in 1961, with the Bentley Annex being added on the site of the former Super Hall. The roof was replaced in 2017.
Cutler Hall
Cutler Hall is the oldest building on campus, with work being completed in 1819. It has been remodeled several times since, including an extensive remodel in 1881 and again around 1945, with smaller upgrades made in more recent years. It is the primary administrative building for the campus.
Ellis Hall
Originally built in 1902, a significant renovation of Ellis Hall was completed in 2018, with features including seminar rooms, student and faculty collaboration spaces, a grand entry hall and a student publishing space being added, along with key sustainability and accessibility features. Ellis houses the English, Classics and World Religions and Philosophy departments.

Galbreath Chapel
Originally built in 1957, the chapel is a place for people of all faiths for prayer, meditation, and religious ceremonies, as well as cultural events. It is often used by fraternities and sororities for formal initiation ceremonies and as a starting point for the annual Martin Luther King Jr. march.
Konneker Advancement and Alumni Center
Konneker Alumni Center, formerly Grosvenor House, was built in the early 1900s and ultimately leased to and then purchased by the University to become its first Alumni Center. It was renovated in 2019, including upgrades to come into compliance with ADA regulations.

Lindley Hall
Lindley Hall was first built in 1917, with additional wings added in 1939 and 1951, and used as a residence hall. A variety of administrative offices have been housed there since, including the Survivor Advocacy Program and University Communications and Marketing today. Recent work includes a roof replacement, interior renovations, and a planned window replacement project.

McKee House
McKee House was originally built in 1900 as a private residence and acquired by the University in 1957. It has been used as administrative offices for a variety of departments and was most recently renovated in 1996.
McGuffey Hall
Originally built in 1839, McGuffey has served as a residence hall and home for student organizations and is now an administrative building. Recent upgrades to windows and other systems have been completed to preserve the building.
Muck Business Annex
The Muck Business Annex, formerly a computer services center, opened its doors in fall 2016 as an annex to the College of Business. It has space devoted to breakout rooms, adjustable furniture, and state-of-the-art technology. Recent work includes a lobby renovation project.
Ping Cottage
The Claire Oates Ping Cottage, originally a carriage house to what is now Konneker Alumni Center, is used for special guests of the president. Built in 1901, it was renovated in 2016.
Scripps Hall
Scripps Hall was the University’s first library upon completion in 1905. It later housed the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism. It was renovated in 2016 and today houses the GRID Lab, OHIO Esports Arena, and administrative space.
Tupper Hall
Tupper Hall was built in 1915 as an agricultural building and was most recently renovated in 2015.
Wilson Hall
Wilson Hall, originally built in 1837 and was renovated in 1907 and 1965, as well as a number of smaller upgrades over the years. Originally designed for civil engineering studies and then a residence hall, it is now used as an administrative building.
