Kate McClure
Executive Assistant
Yamada International House 203

Kate McClure holds a BA of Interior Design from Bowling Green State University with minors in Art and Art History. Work experiences led her into the realm of nonprofit administration, working with the Tucson Botanical Gardens, Houston Orange Show and Art Car Parade, and Young Audiences. She and her husband, Ohio University Music Composition faculty Robert McClure, lived in Suzhou, China for four years, during which time Kate gave birth to two curly haired girls and cultivated a remarkably supportive international Expat mom community. Opportunities at Ohio University led them back to their home state. Kate is a nature girl at heart, cold pool hater, dark beer and black coffee lover, who is currently memorizing all songs in the Disney canon with her girls, while managing her indoor houseplant jungle.
