What We Do

The Office of Global Affairs (OGA) promotes the University’s Global Strategy, global partnerships, and strategic communications to enhance the pan-university globalization efforts at Ohio University. As Ohio University's hub for global engagement and relationship management, we build partnerships across campus and around the world and serve Ohio University faculty, staff, students, and partners promoting global understanding and cooperation.  

In particular, OGA focuses on the following areas:

• Strategic planning and implementation 
• Data analytics, monitoring, and evaluation 
• Sponsored students 
• Incoming and outgoing delegations 
• Global partnerships 
• International alumni relations 
• Internal and external relations on University globalization 
• Support to international committees of the University 
• Global communications and information materials
