As a campus tour guide and staff member in the Center for Student Engagement and Leadership, I’ve seen how important it is to support and connect with peers. I think of leadership as working alongside others, encouraging growth, and learning from each other. By becoming a Peer Leadership Educator, I hope to share knowledge, guide peers in their leadership journeys, and continue building my own.
