This site provides users the opportunity to request information about Ohio University’s eCampus and its offerings. We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you fill out an information request for one of the programs featured on any of our sites. The submission form requires participants to provide the school with contact information, which is used by us only for phone/mail/email communication about your program of interest, or the college/university for which you inquired.

We do not sell or rent your personal information…
We do not sell or rent any personal data submitted by visitors to any of our websites to any third parties. We abide by all applicable laws concerning the release of your personal information. Occasionally, we may send you information about products and services. We also may send updated information that might interest you. At times we may share this information with our educational partners to forward similar information to you. W e will not share your personal information with anyone else, except as required by law.

We respect your wishes. If you tell us that you do not want to have this information used as a basis for further contact, then you will not receive any further information.

Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA)…
FERPA gives students certain rights with respect to their education records. The act also regulates what information Ohio University can release about student records. More information about FERPA is available through the Office of the University Registrar.

Requests for eCampus list removal
If you do not want to receive eCampus email marketing, please submit a request to have your email address removed to the following email address: ecampus@ohio.edu. When submitting a request, please forward the message you received or include the program name mentioned in the email.

If the email correspondence came from another Ohio University office, you will need to contact the appropriate person in that office to have your email address removed.
