Employment Opportunities

The Eastern Campus employs student workers in several offices or units on campus. Common examples include the library, student services, physical plant, and fitness center. If you are interested in seeking student employment on campus, please complete the Student Hourly Application Form (PDF) and return it to Student Services office, room 101, in Shannon Hall.

The Oho University Student Hourly Employment Policy states:

To be eligible for student hour employment at Ohio University, a student must:

Be enrolled for classes at Ohio University, Hocking College, another post-secondary institution, or a secondary school, during the current semester, immediately previous semester, or immediately upcoming semester (e.g. , enrollment spring semester allows work to continue through summer semester). Homeschooled students must supply appropriate documentation.


Student workers must complete payroll forms which are available in the Dean's Office, room 303 on the third floor of Shannon Hall before starting work.
