She Leads OHIO Alumnae are examples of proactive students investing in their future by completing an extra-curricular personal and professional development program. Our alumnae have learned about women's leadership, confidence, intercultural knowledge, and more. As one She Leads OHIO alumna said, "The skills I developed through the She Leads OHIO program have been highly valuable for my personal and professional interactions. I am currently in the job search and at a recent job interview, I was able to apply several of the tips and tricks I had learnt about interviewing to navigate the process. I was more aware and in tune with my body language and carriage. I found that I was able to more open, poised and engaging. I can actually say that I enjoyed the process because I was confident that I was invited to an interview because I had a lot to offer. I am looking forward to continuing to practice these skills and several others in my current and future personal and work experiences."
