Introductory Trainings
Introductory trainings generally presume the audience has little to no exposure with formalized higher education trainings on diversity and inclusion, but will have their own lived experiences as a framework for discussion. Introductory programming and training helps participants to increase their awareness of resources, definitional understandings, and improved understanding of how their own identities and socialization shaped their worldview and/or experiences.
