Geography Club

After being gone for a couple of years, the Geography Club is back and welcoming new members, the only requirement is having an interest in place, space, and environment.

Spring semester 2024 meetings of the Geography Club will be every other Thursday 6:30 p.m.–8:30 p.m. in Baker 320. Join us for hikes, international presentations, and professional networking.

Gamma Theta Upsilon (GTU)

Gamma Theta Upsilon is the international geographic honor society, but the club is inactive this year.

OHIO Chapter of American Meteorological Society

The Ohio University Chapter of the American Meteorological Society (OUCAMS) is the meteorology club for students with a fascination for weather. To find other students who share this interest, become a member of the Ohio University meteorology chapter. For more information, email the AMS president or visit the club's web page.

Urban Planning Student Association

The Ohio University Urban Planning Student Association has recently been reignited after a period of inactivity. Join us for guest speakers, connections with alumni and professionals, and fun activities. The organization strongly encourages Urban Planning and Sustainability majors and minors to join, but anyone with an interest in geography and sustainability is welcome to join as the organization will cover a broad array of sustainability topics.
