New Ohio Review

  • New Ohio Review is a publication of the Creative Writing Program of Ohio University's English Department. The assistant editor position (hyperlink to anchor on Grad Assistantships page) is available to Creative Writing Ph.D, students, as are reader positions. Quarter After Eight

Quarter After Eight is an annual literary journal presented by the Ohio University English Department's Creative Writing graduate students. The journal is devoted to the exploration of prose in all its permutations. They welcome work that directly challenges the conventions of language, style, voice, or idea in the prose form. They also publish non-traditional fiction, sudden fiction, prose poetry, creative and critical non-fiction, interviews, letters, memoirs, translations, and drama. In its aesthetic commitment to diverse prose forms, QAE remains a unique publication among contemporary literary magazines. Quarter After Eight Graduate Assistantships are available.

Sphere

Sphere is a literary journal produced by the undergraduate English students at Ohio University. English undergraduate students have numerous opportunities to publish their work in Sphere, or to gain valuable experience serving as genre or production editors.
