Samantha Reese

Samantha Reese is the assistant manager of grant payroll accounting. She manages the fiscal payroll responsibilities for the Voinovich School, which includes allocating funds in the appropriate amounts, from the correct sources, to the right places and people. She also monitors and tracks the Voinovich School accounts, among other responsibilities.

She joined the Voinovich School in 2016 after working as a fiscal specialist for the Gallia County Department of Job and Family Services (JFS). Prior to JFS, Reese worked as an accountant at Holzer Clinic for more than ten years. Through her previous experiences, Samantha gained skills in grant accounting, grant fiscal management, and data analysis. She attended University of Rio Grande and received her bachelor’s degree in finance and business pre-law from Ohio University.
