Lissa Jollick is the Regional Director of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Ohio University Voinovich School of Leadership & Public Service. In this role, she leads the financial and operational performance of the SBDC’s services across 13 counties in Southeastern Ohio, as well as the Export Assistance Program serving 21 counties.

Lissa works closely with small and mid-sized businesses to help them achieve both immediate objectives and long-term growth. Her expertise centers on strengthening financial performance and operational effectiveness, with a focus on access to capital, budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, process improvement, sales and marketing, and human resource management. She has supported clients across a wide range of industries, including energy, manufacturing, service, and retail.

A strong advocate for regional collaboration, Lissa actively builds partnerships with economic development organizations, lenders, and community stakeholders to foster a supportive and connected business ecosystem throughout Southeastern Ohio.

Prior to joining Ohio University, Lissa served as a business consultant with two national firms, advising for-profit and nonprofit organizations across the United States, with a concentration in Ohio and West Virginia.

Lissa holds a Bachelor of Science from Bowling Green State University and an Executive MBA from Ohio University College of Business. She is also a Certified Business Advisor.
