Katie Troyer serves as the senior director of Enrollment Marketing and Operations. In alignment with university strategy and goals, and in partnership with University Communications and Marketing, Katie creates and directs integrated marketing, communication, CRM and event management strategies to facilitate the achievement of university enrollment goals. In the last year, Katie’s team was responsible for the execution of more than 14 million outbound email and SMS messages in support of enrollment efforts. Under Katie’s direction, Enrollment Management recently procured and implemented Rufus the Catbot, a multiplatform AI self-service chatbot designed to integrate with Ohio University’s existing technical infrastructure. Katie earned master’s and bachelor’s degrees from OHIO and has been part of the enrollment management team since 2008.
