Enrollment Marketing and Operations

In collaboration with University Communications and Marketing, as well as all areas of Enrollment Management, the Enrollment Marketing and Operations team supports the elevation of OHIO’s reputation and brand.

This unit works closely with other Enrollment Management offices and University partners on the development of mixed-media outreach, lead generation, direct marketing and event marketing strategies to shape prospect and applicant pools.

Additionally, Enrollment Marketing and Operations provides enterprise-wide support for the multi-campus, multi-office management of the University’s technical operations tools that support both enrollment marketing and admission functions, as well as several other key division-wide technical objectives. Together, the team executes creative, effective and engaging outreach, including the sending of more than 14.7 million email and SMS messages and 1.25 million postal mailing communications annually.
