Karl Federspiel

Karl started his career in education over 30 years ago with his most notable teaching stop as a Peace Corps volunteer in the rugged mountains of the Philippines. In early 2020 he joined the Academic Achievement Center at Ohio University where his responsibilities focused on student success, academic assistance, academic-skills coaching, and advising at-risk students. Karl holds an MA in English from Fresno State, a BA in English from Ohio State, and a BA in History from Miami University. He lives in Athens with his wife and daughter.
