BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF EQUIPMENT:

The XFe24 Analyzer, 24-well format, simultaneously measures mitochondrial respiration (oxygen consumption rate called OCR) and glycolysis (extracellular acidification rate H+ called ECAR).

TRAINING/TECHNICAL HELP AVAILABLE OR REQUIRED TO USE EQUIPMENT?

General guidance on the operation and use of the Seahorse analyzer is available through the designated contact person. However, hands-on training and reagent preparation are not provided. Users are responsible for purchasing and preparing all required reagents and for conducting their own experiments.

A detailed experimental protocol, including guidance on reagent selection, preparation, instrument setup, and data collection, will soon be published as a Springer Nature book chapter. Users are encouraged to follow this protocol when planning and performing their experiments.
