BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF EQUIPMENT:

The XFe24 Analyzer, 24-well format, simultaneously measures mitochondrial respiration (oxygen consumption rate called OCR) and glycolysis (extracellular acidification rate H+ called ECAR).

TRAINING/TECHNICAL HELP AVAILABLE OR REQUIRED TO USE EQUIPMENT?

Yes- the technician is available for training and assistance. Once trained, users may run their samples on their own. Depending on the user preference, all the reagents will be prepared.
