The Innovation Center, Ohio University’s business incubator, specializes in supporting bioscience and technology start-ups. It offers a wide variety of business services, such as management development, financial development, human resources development, strategic planning, marketing planning, integrated quality assessments, investor and commercial lender resources, networking events, flexible leases and shared office and research equipment.

The incubator facility features high-speed broadband (wired and wireless), flexible leases to add or reduce space as needed, 33 offices, 6 biotechnology labs plus 2 shared research equipment rooms, high-bay prototype development area, informal networking areas, conference and team rooms, large seminar room and loading dock.
