BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF EQUIPMENT:

Cytation™ 3 is a cell imaging multi-mode microplate reader. This plate reader performs conventional quantitative fluorescence measurements and cell imaging. We currently have interchangeable GFP, DAPI, and RFP cubes and objectives (4X and 20X).

Yes for basic operation.

No, user may have to provide an interchangeable cube/filter set or a better objective depending on the assay.
