Need Help with your ID Card?

The Bobcat Depot, located on the ground floor of Baker University Center, can help! They can check to make sure your card is working, or print you a new card if you lost or misplaced your ID.

Welcome to the One Card Office!

Looking to make an instant Bobcat Cash deposit? Login to eAccounts

The One Card Office, a unit of Ohio University Access, Transaction & Video Services, is responsible for ID card related functions and services on all Ohio University campuses and centers. In collaboration with the Office of Information Technology (OIT) and Facilities Management (FM), we maintain the technology that produces OHIO ID cards, manages how meal plans work, tracks Bobcat Cash transactions, and even locks and unlocks doors electronically.

To find out more about what the OHIO ID card can do, browse through the links in our site menu found near the top of the page.

eAccounts & Mobile Apps

Do you need to know how many meals you have left, or how much money you have on your Bobcat Cash or Flex Account? eAccounts can help. Click the 'Login to eAccounts' button to be taken to the eAccounts login screen. Once you login to eAccounts you can view all of your balances and account activity, as well as make an instant deposit to your Bobcat Cash account or freeze your card if you lost it.

On the go? No worries - there is an eAccounts mobile app too! Just search for Blackboard eAccounts in the Apple App Store or Google Play App Store and then select 'Ohio University'.

Note that not all eAccounts functions work from the native mobile app, but the full site is mobile browser compatible as well.

Guest Deposits

Would you like to make a guest deposit to a Bobcat Cash account? See our deposit information page to find out how to do it.

Student & Public Printing

The One Card Office and the Office of Information Technology are working together with departments that host public printing to modernize and improve the public printing experience on campus.  Public printers in Alden Library have now transitioned to the Student & Public Printing system. For students, printing will be done using your Bobcat Cash account rather than being billed to your student account. For guests and departmental users, public printing will be done using a Guest / Departmental Print Card.

Students who need to add funds to their Bobcat Cash account for printing can do so using eAccounts. For more information on the different options for adding funds to Bobcat Cash, view our Bobcat Cash Deposits information page.

As a part of the new print program, we are also happy to announce that we now also offer email and browser based mobile printing for tablets and smartphones. More information on mobile print can be found here.
