About

Welcome to the Pathways to Success Training and Development Initiative! The focus of Pathways is to provide opportunities for participants to learn skills for success in both the academic and professional worlds.

During the Fall semester, students will be focusing on mapping goals and objectives, assessing their skills and interests, recognizing paths to success, and developing skills to manage communication in the classroom and the workplace. For Spring semester, the focus of the training will be on developing resources and personal marketing for success.

The training is offered to Ohio University students for college credit and a certificate of completion.  The training is also open to the community (all community members over age 16) for a Certificate of Completion.  The training is offered free of charge.  Space may be limited so preregistration is mandatory.  All participants will be notified at least two weeks prior to the first session.
