Welcome to the Pathways to Success Training and Development Initiative! The focus of Pathways is to provide opportunities for participants to learn skills for success in both the academic and professional worlds while earning 1 credit hour in Spring 2024. The training is offered free of charge.  All participants will be notified at least two weeks prior to the first session. 

Students are required to attend three Friday seminars (9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) to earn credit for that semester. Students will receive a certificate of completion. The sessions are also available to the community and students without college credits but registration for workshop is required. 

During the Spring semester, students will be focusing on mapping goals and objectives, assessing their skills and interests, recognizing paths to success, and developing skills to manage communication in the the workplace. The focus of the training will be on developing resources and personal marketing for success.

Spring 2024 Schedule

Students are required to attend three Friday seminars to earn credit for that semester.
